Studio Policies

Class Cancellation Policy:

All class reservations must be cancelled at least 3 hours in advance.  Late cancellations will result in loss of the class from your package. 


Wait List:

If you sign up for a wait list, you are expressing your interest in attending the class up until three hours before start time.  You will receive an email notification if you have been admitted into the class.  If you no longer feel you can make it to class, please log into your account and remove your name. Late or No Show fees may apply.


Late Policy: 

Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to insure that your spot is not given to a stand-by student and to set up your equipment. If the class is not at capacity, students may enter up to 5 minutes late. No matter what number you are on the waitlist there is a chance you will make it into class. All classes require three hours cancellation notice—if you are added to the class from the waitlist, be aware that the cancellation policy applies.

Please note the “Lobby Door Policy” for all classes that are 8:00 am and earlier: Due to the safety of the students and instructors, the main lobby door will be locked 2 minutes prior to the start of class  


Medical Clearance:

If you currently have (or have a history of) an injury or medical condition, it is your responsibility to inform your physician before starting our classes. If you are unsure whether your medical history will permit your participation, please email Grace Timms, owner, prior to enrolling in classes: grace@liftflorence.com.


Other Terms and Conditions

  • All class package sales are final. Classes may not be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Counted class packages have a one-year expiration date from the date of purchase, with the exception of the 5 Class New Client Special which expires 30 days after the first visit on that package.

  • Class instructors are subject to change at any time without notice.
